Do you conduct seminars or trainings?
No, but we have an in-house specialist at the main warehouse with 35 years of experience in fiberglass production. Once you buy our products, you can ask for our skilled personnel to teach you the basics for free.
Do you give special discounts?
Yes. We give a fixed amount of discount for every tin of resin refilled. Make sure not to contaminate the container to avail of the discount.
Do you accept application for credit terms?
Yes, but we still need to conduct thorough credit inquiry. For credit application, download this form and forward/fax it to the main office or through e-mail. However, we still prefer cash payments. Special and other discounts are usually applied to cash-based transactions.
Do you accept orders for delivery?
Yes. Contact the main office to place your order and to schedule delivery. We do not charge delivery fees for orders from Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Any order for delivery must at least amount to P10,000.00. However, we charge a minimum of P500 for special deliveries. For deliveries outside Luzon, please coordinate with the person-in-charge at the main office for delivery arrangements.
When can we expect the delivery to arrive after we placed our order?
We follow the “first come, first served” policy, depending on the number of deliveries we can make in a day.
If you order in the morning, you can expect your delivery within the day (depending on number of scheduled deliveries) or the next day. Orders made in the afternoon will be delivered within the next two days since our trucks have already gone out by then. Please be assured, however, that we will try our best to deliver you the goods in the soonest possible time. |
